These General Terms are effective from the date you approve them, but we reserve the right to amend them, and any changes will take effect thirty (30) days after they are published on the platform.

1.1 Unless the context or circumstances clearly indicate otherwise, the following words and terms shall have the meanings set out below.

1.2 "Third Party Operator" refers to another party providing software to the platform.

1.3 "Your Data" refers to the data or other information that you or someone on your behalf makes available to us through the platform or otherwise.

1.4 "Your Software" refers to the software that you own or have the right to use under a license agreement and that is used on the platform.

2.1 The processing of personal data within the scope of our assignment to you, including providing the platform, is regulated by a separate data processing agreement if you are registered as an expert or as a company.

3.1 By integrating the platform with applications belonging to Third Party Operators, we have managed to offer some great features.
As you can understand, we cannot guarantee that these applications will work flawlessly and therefore cannot take responsibility for any use or features related to them.

4.1 These General Terms apply until you cease using the platform or until we amend them.

4.2 Unfortunately, one cannot always predict the future. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to provide the platform. We therefore have the right to shut down the platform.
